Ms. Christine Villa is the Chief Technology Officer for BRTRC, a government contracting firm, where she has been the principal consultant to the Department of Defense (DoD) in the analysis and management of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs since 1990. Her contributions to policy development, increasing program execution efficiencies, identifying commercialization opportunities and awareness, and outreach efforts remain in practice and are well known throughout the SBIR community.
