Toyon Research Corporation has developed VideoPlus through SBIR efforts with the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology. VideoPlus is an innovative technology that performs real-time image stabilization, heat scintillation removal, and automated moving target detection. Additionally, VideoPlus can be used to cue imagers to automatically pan and follow moving individuals. VideoPlus is a commercialization success story and is a growing revenue source for Toyon Research Corporation.
