Roy Keller, Associate Director, LA Business & Technology Center/LSU has been a champion for SBIR in Louisiana and throughout the national for over two decades. He has developed new commercialization assistance programs, advocated policies in support of SBIR, helped increase state funding for SBIR, increased particpation in the Program by women and minority groups, been a strong advocate for creating state-based Phase III "match" funding, secured the hosting of a National SBIR Conference in Louisiana, worked closely with federal officials and Congress on Reauthorization Legislation, served on SBIR Agency review panels, and participated in numerous national meetings and events for SBIR.
