Is Team Member registration necessary if not a self-nomination?

I am working on a nomination package for another company. Do I need to have members of this team register at ChallengePost so that their email addresses can be added under "Team Members," or is this requirement restricted to self-nominations?

    There's no need for registration of other team members, but in your application document please note the nominator with contact information and the nominated with contact information.
