Based on last year, did nominations primarily come from: customers? congressmen? the nominees' own staff? Other? Also, is the name of the nominator shared with the public?

  The Tibbetts Awards allows self-nominations - not the SBIR Hall of Fame. Because of that, we received a majority from the companies themselves. Additionally, we received many from government program managers, regional economic development folks, and others. Last year, I do not recall any nomination directly from a Congressperson's office, though more than a handful had a letter of support from their local Congressperson.
