Formatting Questions

Is there going to be any requirements for font size, type, margins, spacing, page numbering, etc. or can we decide what to use?

    We don't want to become too prescriptive with respect to the fonts, etc. Last year, we found that succinct write-ups of a company's achievements were best. We receive 100s of nominations, and it makes sense to clear, concise, and convey the highlights of the nominee with respect to the evaluation criteria.
